Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I to II patients undergoing elective transurethral resection of prostate surgery Prostatic volume upto 80 cc Operative time of less than 90 minutes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia Cardiopulmonary disease Hematologic disease Hyperbilirubinemia Cerebral vascular disease Peripheral vascular disease Inability to give consent Smokers
