Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Histo pathologically proven oropharyngeal cancers. •Karnofsky performance status above 70 •Stage III-IVB carcinoma oropharynx planned for curative treatments. •Patients willing for informed consent and regular follow up •No previous history of hearing loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patients who have received previous chemoradiotherapy. •Patients with significant pre-existing congenital or acquired hearing loss. •Patient co- morbid conditions like hypertension, diabetes or any renal impairment.
