Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients above 40years of age who require general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with spine injury. Patients with faciomaxillary injuries. Patients less than 40years of age
