Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed subacute and chronic stage low back pain with unilateral radiculopathy in the distribution of sciatic nerve and itâ??s branches with positive straight leg raise (SLR) 2)Pain on a scale of VAS should be minimum 4 3)Willngness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Inflammatory or other specific disorder of spine such as ankylosis spondylitis,rheumatoid arthritis,spondylolisthesis, stenosis, sacroiliac joint pathology, intermittent claudication,diabetic neuropathy,severe osteoporosis,TB spine 2)previous spinal surgery,trauma,fractures 3)more than one nerve root involvement 4)Dementia or other cognitive impairment 5)signs of myelopathy and cauda equina syndrome 6)red flag such as trauma,cancer, recent infection
