Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with skeletal class II malocclusion with retrognathic mandible and high angle cases, mandibular plane angle 29-35 degree, CVMI 2 and 3. willing to give informed and written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neuromuscular disease, Temporomandibular disorder, habit of bruxism, history of previous or current orthodontic treatment, compromised physical and mental health.
