Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients without any known airway pathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal to give consent 2. Patient ASA physical status 3 & 4 3. Age 65 years 4. Patients with any feature of difficult airway such as maxillofacial anomalies, restricted neck movements, obesity (body max index [BMI] >35 kg/m2), and limited mouth opening 5. Patient requiring rapid sequence intubation, with cervical spine pathology, scheduled for fibreoptic tracheal intubation, uncooperative patients and pregnant patients were excluded
