Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of ASA GRADE I-II Age group of 18-60 years Mentally competent and able to give consent for enrolment in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3 & 4 Patient refusal Psychiatric disorder Allergy tolocal anaesthetics, opoids Impaired renal functions and patient with coagulopathy BMI >40

â?¢ To assess the requirement of analgesics (morphine) in icu for pain relief. â?¢ Total morphine consumptionTimepoint: 24 hrs.
