Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 35-60 years 2.Patients of both the genders 3.Central Obesity: Waist Circumference > 90 cm in Male, >80 cm in Female 4.Hypertriglyceridemia: Triglycerides 6.Fasting Blood Glucose: 126 - 7.Postprandial Blood Glucose Level: >140 - 8.Patient not taking treatment for Hypertriglyceridemia (Statins)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.K/c/o Systemic diseases 2.Pregnant and Lactating women 3.Type-1 Diabetes 4.Patients on weight loss medication 5.Fasting Plasma Glucose >=200mg/dl 6.BP >=139/89 mmHg 7.Patients on treatment for Hypertriglyceridemia (Statins)
