Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
whether incorporation of basic knowledge of endogenous quality of gametes as well as spent media analysis like secretome and spent media along with the artificial inteligence will help us in identifying a biomarker of embryo implantation. So that we can we can use this biomarker from bench to bedside in order to maximize the ART outcomeTimepoint: 3 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In vitro modulation of endometrial cells by embryonic secretome and its potential as a surrogate marker of the implantation competence of IVF embryos Timepoint: 1 year;To annotate the metabolomics signature of oocytes and its association with the functional ability Timepoint: 1 year;To understand the association between sperm metabolites, genetic integrity and functional competence of spermatozoa Timepoint: 1 year;To understand the embryo metabolites analysis using high sensitivity, high resolution, fast NMR Spectroscopy in combination with extended embryo culture and machine learning Timepoint: 1 year
