Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy of Intercostal RFA with conventional oral analgesics for the management of chronic post-thoracotomy pain syndrome (PTPS) in terms of 1) Reduction of NRS 2) Total oral analgesics consumptionTimepoint: Assessment time points would be weekly till one month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of quality of life in both groups, based on 36-Item Short Form Survey Instrument (SF-36) Questionnaire.Timepoint: Quality of life will be assessed weekly till one month.
