Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptoms of Prameha as per Ayurvedic classics and Type 2 diabetes mellitus as per modern medicine Age group between 30 to 60 years HbA1c value will 6.5 percentage or above Patients taking Biguanides group anti-diabetic drugs Fasting blood sugar level within 150 mgdl and Post prandial blood sugar within 250 mgdl Basti Arha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HbA1c values will less than 6.5 percentage Patients taking other than Biguanides group anti diabetic drugs Patients of Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus Diabetes due to Endocrinopathies for eg Pheochromocytoma Acromegaly Cushing syndrome Drugs or chemical induced diabetes mellitus eg Glucocorticoids thyroid hormone Thiazide Phenytoin etc Patients with other systemic complication like cardiovascular nephropathic diseases etc Basti Anarha
