Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Plasma glucose level fasting 100-125mg/dl postprandial-140-199mg/dl HbA1c%-5.7-6.5%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 60yrs ,FBS: 125mg/dl PPBS: 199mg/dl, HbA1c: >6.5% Type2 Diabetes Mellitus(NIDDM) with & without complications Type1 Diabetes Mellitus(IDDM) with or without complications Diabetes due to endocrinopathies eg. pheochromocytoma,acromegaly,hyperthyroidism etc Drug or chemical induced diabetes mellitus eg. glucocorticoids, thyroid hormone, thiazide, phenytoin etc.
