Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults of either gender with fresh fracture shaft clavicle 15.2A[2] and 15.2B[2] of AO classification
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Open fractures Floating shoulder Fracture more than 3 weeks old Small medullary canal of clavicle where TENS cannot be inserted Clavicle fractures associated with ipsilateral upper limb fractures Noncompliance Pathological fractures Congenital abnormality and bone disease Neurovascular injury Nonunion Previous fracture of clavicle Patient not giving consent
