Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All consenting patients coming with chronic kidney disease undergoing lower abdominal and lower limb surgery of 3hours duration under subarachnoid block with serum creatinine >2mg/dl or GFR 2. American Society of Anaesthesiology risk grade (ASA grade) II / III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade IV and higher. 2. Pregnant patients 3. BMI >35kg/m2 4. Patient with compromised left ventricular function (ejection fraction 5. Patients who have undergone heparinized hemodialysis 6. Patients with abnormal coagulation profile

MeasureTime frame
1.To study the characteristics of SAB i.e., onset and maximum spread of sensory and motor block and their recovery. 2. To observe the haemodynamic changes associated with it.Timepoint: upto august 2019

MeasureTime frame
To study the adverse effects if any and correlate it with the severity of CKD.Timepoint: upto august 2019
