Intervention1: LASER assisted tooth movement on one side and other side tooth movement with conventional method in maxillary arch.: 940 nm(Ezlase 940 ,Biolase USA)at 100 mw for 10 seconds at 8 sites

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indication of bilateral maxillary first premolar extraction mostly including Class IIdiv I cases and Bimaxillary protrusion cases. Erupted permanent canine s premolars and first molars. Healthy periodontal conditions with good level of oral hygiene. Positive informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non compliant patient with inability to maintain proper oral hygiene. Patient with any positive history of drug intake/systemic illness which affecting bone metabolism. Patient with prior history of orthodontic treatment. Not willing for informed consent.
