Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A history of low back pain exceeding 3 months 2.BMI >=28 3.Pain intensity 3-5 points, assessed by the Pain Visual Analog Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of the herniated lumbar disk with or without neurological deficit. 2.Cardiovascular or systemic diseases or any condition which contraindicated or made the exercise training difficult. 3.Presence of the psychiatric disorder which might affect the compliance and the assessment of symptoms. 4.History of the spinal surgery. Inflammatory, traumatic, infectious or malignant diseases of the vertebra. 5.Congenital deformity. 6.Individuals who were receiving concurrent treatment.
