Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective lumbar spine surgery like lumbar decompressions and lumbar discectomies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: less than 20 and more than 70yrs, infection and trauma patients Patients with neurological deficits Patients with postoperative drain and dural tears
