Intervention1: Dexmedetomedine: Loading dose of 1mg/kg followed by 0.5mg/kg/hr Intervention2: Dexmedetomedine: Intravenous 1mg/kg loading dose for 10 mins followed by 0.5mg/kg/hr intravenous infusion

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II patients posted for direct laryngoscopy procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Extensive laryngeal tumors and difficult airway patients Patients on β blockers Patients who required ventilation during the procedure .

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To see the Ease of the procedure using Dexmedetomedine and Propofol infusion without use of muscle relaxant with patient breathing spontaneously.Timepoint: Hemodynamics at 10 - 15 minutes of beginning of the procedure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the hemodynamic response to direct laryngoscopy procedure for patients with laryngeal tumors. To assess Pao2 and PaCo2 levels at the end of procedure. Timepoint: Hemodynamics at 5 minutes interval till the end of the procedure. Ramsay sedation score
