Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: lactation mother between 20 to 40 years who delivered at term with baby weight not less than 2.5kg delivered without complication of either baby or mother presenting with one or more of the following symptoms deficient lactation infants crying just after feeding painful sensation in breasts during the time of feeding age of infant between 1 to 6months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: surgical history of breast reduction or augmentation history of breast cancer breast lumps breast breast abscess history of systemic and endocrinal disorders history of acute and chronic infections history of concurrent medications excluding multivitamins and iron supplement mother with cracked nipples history of alcohol addiction babies with cleft lip and palate
