Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I, II,III Age above 18 years Males & Females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of burns/ neck contracture Trauma to airway Patient with tumours or mass of facial/cranial/cervical region Trauma to cervical/cranial/facial region Edentulous Need awake intubation

Sensitivity, Specificity, postive predictive and negative predictive value of upper lip bite test, hyomental distance ratio, modified Mallampatti classification in predicting difficult airway and intubation when used alone and in combinations.Timepoint: Upper lip bite test, hyomental distance ratio, modified Mallampatti classification will be assessed preoperatively and Cormack Lehane grading will be assessed during laryngoscopy
