Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed CML in CP (chronic phase), No comorbidities, Age >18 years, < 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus, previous history of allergy or intolerance to Pioglitazone, CCF.
