Intervention1: ADDUCTOR CANAL BLOCK IN TKR: My one intervention group is adductor canal block for TKR patients in immediate post op for assesing pain effectiveness and efficacy Intervention2: PERI-ART

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). All primary unilateral TKR. 2). BMI <40.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral single stage TKR 2. Complex primary TKR 3. Stiff knee 4. Revision TKR 5. Chronic liver disease 6. contra indication to peripheral nerve block. 7. Valgus knee in primary TKR.
