Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presented with classical features of tundikeri will be selected irrespective of sex, religion, occupation from parul ayurved hosptal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with complications of tonsillitis, high grade fever, contraindicated for gandusha will be excluded
