Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male Subjects aged 18 years and above with (G2 & G3) & without (G1) habit of tobacco consumption (tobacco, chewing with betel quid or tobacco smoking and alcohol consumption) 2. Willing to give written informed consent .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alcoholics 2. Known Systemic diseases (coronary heart disease, renal disease, parasitic infections etc) or any malignancy.
