Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •A history of low back pain exceeding 3 months •BMI >=28 •Pain intensity 3-5 points, assessed by the Pain Visual Analog Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Presence of the herniated lumbar disk with or without neurological deficit. •Cardiovascular or systemic diseases. •Presence of the psychiatric disorder which might affect the compliance and the assessment of symptoms. •History of the spinal surgery. •Inflammatory, traumatic, infectious or malignant diseases of the vertebra. •Congenital deformity. •Individuals who were receiving concurrent treatment. •Individuals who refused to participate
