Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patient (type 2) who will give the written informed consent Diabetic patients (type 2) equal or greater than 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with serious illness means hospitalized on base line study. A patient who mentally not sound and unable to understand importance of study. A patient who is not willing to consent for study.

The study will give us the insight of â?? counseling as one of the mode of intervention that can change management and outcome among diabetes patient.Study also addresses uncontrolled diabetes, lifestyle and behavior problems and drug compliance.Timepoint: In Intervention group,1st-Data collection,blood glucose measurement,counseling 2nd-(3 month after): counseling. 3rd-(3 month after): counseling. 4th-(3 month after): counseling. 5th-(3 month after): Data collection and blood glucose measurement. In control group-1st visit data collection and last visit at the end of study for data collection.
