Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient having classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigata Vata . 2. Patieents fullfilling ACR criteria i.e. clinically and radiologically confirmation of OA Knee joint 3. patient without anatomical deformity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. K/C/O Carcinoma, psoriatic arthritis, Polymyalgia,vatarakta, pregnancy, tuberculosis. 2. Known other active and serious medical or surgical disease.

To study the efficacy of Ardrakadi cream in comparison with diclofenac gel in Sandhigata vata on the basis of VAS and WOMAC index.Timepoint: 28 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the efficacy of Ardrakadi cream and diclofenac gel in time of onset of action,and intensity of the study drugs as counter irritation and in rellieving painful symptoms 2.To compare the efficacy of Ardrakadi cream and diclofenac gel in duration of effect the study drugs. 3.To compare the efficacy of Ardrakadi cream and diclofenac gel in terms of requirement of rescue medicine.Timepoint: 28 days
