Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 66 years 2. ASA I/II female patients 3. Scheduled for unilateral modified radical mastectomy under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA III or more 2. Allergy to the drugs 3. Coagulopathy 4. Infection at puncture site 5. Mental disorder, Communication failure, unable to discriminate cutaneous pin prick. 6. Chronic use of analgesics 7. having BMI > 40
