Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above of both genders Patients diagnosed with OLP, based on WHO criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers and alcoholics 2. Dysplasia on histopathology 3. Lichenoid drug reactions & lichenoid contact reactions, differentiated through history & clinical examination. 4. Previously treated cases of Oral lichen planus. 5. Subjects on systemic steroid or other immunosuppressive drugs previously.
