Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hba1c level-5.7 to 6.4% BMI >23.5 1st degree relative with diabetes age-18 to 45

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent surgeries patient with chronic renal failure patient on dialysis women who are pregnant
