Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 diagnosed cases of Thalassemia Major 2 Age group 01 to 10 years of either sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children below 01 years and above 10 years of age 2 Patients having HIV HBV Infection Hepatic failure DM TB 3 Patients having BT Interval for les than 12 days 4 Patient undergone Splenectomy
