Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 35 to 60 years. Patients with well-controlled Type II Diabetes (HbA1C levels 6 â?? 7%) Patients with Chronic periodontitis (Having minimum of 15 teeth, with bleeding on probing, Probing pocket depthï?³ 5mm, and Clinical attachment loss ï?³ 2mm and gingival recession).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. Patients using antibiotics from past 6 months Patients taking anti-inflammatory drugs. Smokers Systemically comprised patients (Other than diabetes)
