Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinical manifestations like sore throat, red swollen tonsills, difficulty in swallowing, hoarsness of voice,Gala Shofa, Gala Toda, Gala Prapaka,Jwara

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cases which require surgical intervention patients suffering from pustular tonsillitis,vincents angina, LRTI,DM ,tuberculosis
