Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of low anal Fistula. Patients of Bhagandara, as mentioned above, and those medically fit for surgery irrespective of sex, caste, religion & occupation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years 1 Crohnâ??s disease 2 Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus 3 Uncontrolled Hypertension 4 Cardiovascular disease 5 Pregnancy 6 Malignancy 7 Rectal prolapse 8 Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis, HIV & VDRL positive cases
