Intervention1: Combined Clomiphene Citrate and letrozole: Clomiphene Citrate 100mg per oral once a day starting Day 3 or day 5 of menstrual cycle alternately for 3 days and Letrozole 5mg per oral once

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women attending infertility centre with the history of PCOS and resistant to Clomiphene Citrate, women whose husband have normal sperm count and azoospermia will be included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women attending Infertility Centre with the history of PCOS who are in first line treatment and not yet reached the 6 cycles of CC treatment, women with premature ovarian insufficiency, women whose husband has oligospermia and women with hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia will be excluded from the study
