Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients of childbearing age (20-37yrs) with active marital life more than 1 year, complaint of failure to conceive with at least unilateral fallopian Tube blocked diagnosed by H.S.G. or by any other method. 2)Patient suitable for Virechana and Uttarbasti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having age group below 20 years & above 37 years. 2)Patients having any acute PID, hypersensitivity to chemical dye, congenital anomalies of vulva & vagina, uterus, Ca. cervix, STD or any debilitating disease like HIV, VDRL, HBsAg and TORCH positive will be excluded from study. 3)Patient having uncontrolled Hypertension, DM and any other severe systemic disease. 4)Women with Hb 5)Patients not suitable for Virechana and Uttarbasti. 6)Patients suffering from infertility due to male factor i.e. Azoospermia, Asthanospermia also be excluded.
