Intervention1: Patients with non sutured anterior releasing incison post removal of mandibular impacted third molar: Patients undergoing extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom tooth followed by sutu

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I.Patients aged 18 years and above (adult patients) II.Patient with impacted mandibular third molars ( Pell and Gregory Class 1 and 2, Position A and B) III.Patients free of acute pericoronitis in relation to impacted mandibular third molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I.Patients with impacted mandibular third molars with Pell and Gregory classification Class 3 and position C II.Patients with severe periapical pathology/ systemic disease/ bleeding disorders that can interfere with surgical therapy III.Patient not willing to be included in the study/ unable to report for follow-up IV.Patients unable to maintain basic oral hygiene V.Pregnant females, Geriatric patients
