Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: One or more clinical features suggestive of pyelonephritis (fever with chills, flank, pain, dysuria, nausea/vomiting, renal angle tenderness), Pyuria, with or without positive cultures (urine, blood), confirmed by radiological evidence of pyelonephritis by USG and/or CT KUB

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who are not willing to give consent
