Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children between 5 and 19 years of age with β Thalassemia Major attending the Pediatric department at Lok Nayak Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)children with history of chronic liver disease,chronic kidney disease,hypothyroidism. 2)known case of Rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus Erythematosus,Tuberculosis,Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome.
