Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Any adult patient attending the Cardiology OPD of Kasturba Medical College and Hospital and medicine OPD of T.M.A. Pai Hospital for the treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases. 2) Participants who are under medication for cardiovascular diseases. 3) Willingness to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe physical and mental illness will be excluded. 2) In patients and patients treated for acute illness were excluded from the study.
