Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient should fulfill the criteria of fagestrom test for nicotine dependence . Patient should be graded according to Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients sufferring from chronic illness. Ptients sufferring from any systemic failure.
