Intervention1: Aswagandharista and brahmi vati: Group B- sample size 20- aswagandharistha 10 ml and bramhi vati 500 mg thrice in day after food for 60 days follow up 15th day 30 th day 45th day and 60

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 20 -60 years 2. Either sex 3.Subject fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of MDD(DSM 5)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient with axia II disorder like personality disorder 2.patient with axis Idisorders like schizophrenia, psychosis, anxiety diorders etc 3.avidence of active suicidal ideation 4.depression with psychotic symptoms 5.use of psychotropic therapy drugs within the past period of 4 weeks
