Intervention1: ADVANCED PRF PLUS WITH ALLOPLAST BONE GRAFT: ADVANCED PRF PLUS IS A BLOOD EXTRACT AND NOT A PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT. 10 ML OF BLOOD WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THE ANTECUBITAL VEIN OF THE PAT

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having moderate to severe periodontitis, patients who are systemically healthy and having more than 6 mm vertical probing depth, having interproximal intrabony defects of more than or equal to 4 mm one on either side of the arch which is radiographically detectable will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are known case of systemic disease, having abusive habits such as smoking, women who are pregnant or lactating, who are taking anti-inflammatory or antibiotic drugs or has taken within previous 3 months and patients who have done blood transfusion or blood donation in last 6 months will be excluded
