Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University level track and field athletes, basketball, soccer, badminton, volleyball and tennis players.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if they had sustained any lower limb injuries within 3 months of testing
