Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed malignant and premalignant condition patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who have Fever,Medications (anti-pyretic, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic or antihistaminic drugs),Systemic disorders,Any other previous or concomitant oral lesion ,Trauma cases especially of head and neck region.
