Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Wives of alcohol dependent patients diagnosed according to â??ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for research (WHO 1993)â?? who are: 1. Living with husband minimum for the past 1 year 2. Able to comprehend Kannada, English language 3. Willing to participate by giving an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wives of alcohol dependent patients who are diagnosed with other co-morbid psychiatric conditions.
