Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All adults scheduled for robotic transabdominal surgery with trendelenberg position of >30 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Patient having trendelenberg position less than 2 hours 3.Patient having preoperative neurological comorbidity 4.Patient on psychiatrist medication or with history of psychiatric illness
