Inclusion criteria: 3rd & 4th year undergraduate nursing students who are exposed in clinical area. 3rd & 4th year undergraduate nursing students who are doing shifting duty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 st and 2nd year undergraduate nursing students as they are not doing shifting duty.
