Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to provide written informed consent at the time of enrolment 2.Male or Female patients above 18 years 3.Patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus 4.Patients treated with fixed dose combination metformin, glimepiride and voglibose

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients receiving any other antidiabetic agent other than mentioned in inclusion criteria 2.Patients suffering from any other type of Diabetes except Type 2 diabetes mellitus
