Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between the ages of 6months â?? 36 months presenting to pediatric OPD or emergency of ELMC&H with 1.fast breathing 2.fast breathing and/or chest indrawing pneumonia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Treated patient within 48 hours. 2.Sickle cell anemia with acute chest syndrome 3.Clinically Immunocompromised state 4.SAM 5.Foreign body
